These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FirstMetrics ("Service"), operated by FirstMetrics ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
FirstMetrics offers a free tier and paid subscription plans:
Subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
All billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
FirstMetrics provides profit analytics and data visualization tools for informational purposes only. We are not a financial advisor, accountant, or tax professional. The data and reports generated by the Service are not financial advice. You are solely responsible for any financial, tax, or business decisions made based on information provided by the Service. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified accountant or financial advisor for professional guidance.
We strive for accuracy in fee calculations and platform integrations, but we make no guarantees that the data provided is complete, accurate, or up to date. Platform fee structures change. CSV formats vary. You should verify important financial figures independently before relying on them for tax filings or major business decisions.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FirstMetrics and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over the transaction data, inventory data, or reports you generate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FirstMetrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Account data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
